President Song from CNU visited Erciyes University, renewed the academic MOU, and discussed the details about extending exchanges between CNU and Erciyes on April 26th.

Erciyes University is located in Kayseri,Turkey and established in 1978 as a national university with 28,400 current students. Erciyes University and Ankara University only have a Korean language department with lots of attention and interests of Korea.

CNU has signed the MOU for academic exchange agreement and exchange student agreement since 2008. Both universities exchange two students every year. Ten students through Global Scholarship Program (GSP) are studying at CNU.

President Song has agreed on establishing a Turkish language institute at CNU and a Korean language institute at Erciyes. President Song has also agreed on discussing the possibility of dual degree programs with College of Engineering, Natural Sciences, and Economics and Management.
